You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to create and deliver your book.

Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove or refuse content that breaks these rules.

All site content (design, copy, logos) belongs to Toodaloo or its licensors. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission.

We sometimes link to other sites (for example Shopify checkout). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so review their policies before sharing data.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. We may change or suspend the site without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the Last updated date at the top of this page.
