We print in the UK using professional printers and high-quality pigment ink, on premium-quality paper chosen to reduce bleed-through with standard felt tips. Each book has a thick cover, and we include a test page so you can try your pens before colouring the personalised photo pages.

Can I upload photos from desktop and phone in the same book?

Yes. You can upload all photos from desktop, all photos from phone, or use a mix of both. To add phone photos while on desktop, use "Add from phone" and scan the QR code.

Can I save and finish later?

Yes. Use "Save & Exit" and choose one of two options: send a resume link to your email (best if you want to continue on any device), or save on this device only (this second option stays on the same browser/device).

Yes. In your basket, choose "Print another copy" to increase quantity for an exact duplicate.

Can I make a similar version for another child without starting again?

Yes. In your basket, choose "Customise a copy" to open a new editable version with your photos and cover details pre-filled. You can keep most pages the same and change only a few photos, then add a new personal message before adding it to basket.

We print in the UK and dispatch within 2 working days. Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days after that, so most orders arrive within a week. We currently deliver within the UK only.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £3.95 and includes premium packaging designed to protect your books from damage. Free delivery is available when you buy two or more books together. First-time customers can also sign up to the newsletter to receive a free-delivery code for their first order.

Can I edit or cancel after ordering?

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

Because every book is personalised, change-of-mind returns are usually not available once production starts. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes. Orders are placed through secure Shopify checkout. Payments are handled by the payment methods shown at checkout, and we do not store full card details.

What happens to my uploaded photos?

Photos are processed to generate your book previews and production files. Uploaded photos and related production assets are deleted within 30 days after shipping, or sooner if you ask us.
