Every order is carefully packed in premium protective packaging to help your books arrive in great condition.
Free delivery applies automatically when you buy two or more books together.
First-time customers can also sign up to our newsletter for a free-delivery code.
Dispatch time and service
We currently deliver within the UK only. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, and we aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery times then follow standard Royal Mail UK delivery windows for your destination. Dispatch can be delayed during peak seasonal periods, but we will communicate if this affects your order. Delivery details shown at checkout take priority if there is any temporary service change.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, use our contact page with your order number and clear photos where relevant.
We will review the issue and confirm the next step, usually a reprint or refund where appropriate.
