Products and pricing
Each book includes twenty personalised colouring pages, a chosen cover, and packaging suitable for delivery.
Prices include UK VAT (where applicable) and are shown in pounds sterling unless noted otherwise. Promotional codes apply only if entered at checkout.
Order process and payment
Before you pay, you can review your uploaded photos and generated previews in the create flow.
Orders are placed through our Shopify checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and charge your card when you confirm the order.
A contract forms when we email your order confirmation.
Cancellations and edits
Because books are personalised and made from the preview you approve before checkout, we can only cancel or amend an order before production starts.
If you need to cancel or change details, use our contact page straight away and include your order number.
Delivery
We print and ship from the UK. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days and will let you know if delays occur.
Delivery timings can vary by carrier and destination and are shown at checkout.
Returns and issues
Personalised items are usually exempt from change-of-mind cancellation once production starts.
If there is a fault, damage in transit, or we made an error, use our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
We aim to respond within two working days and resolve replacements as quickly as production slots allow.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the photos and text you upload belong to you or you have permission to use them, and that they do not contain illegal or harmful content.
Please proofread names and spellings before confirming your order; we print exactly what you type.
Liability
We are not liable for minor variations in colour or layout that are inherent to printing, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
